Reiki Session

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning universal life energy. Reiki is a technique that addresses both chronic and acute conditions. It gently and powerfully promotes balance among all the body's systems and the regenerative process of body and mind. The universal energy flows, not from me but rather through me, to you. You will receive the amount of energy you need to bring your mind and body into balance. Most people experience deep relaxation. You may also feel tingling, pulsing, a feeling of warmth and comfort, or you may fall asleep. Results can be subtle. Some clients say they feel little during the session, but afterwards enjoy a sense of calm and well-being. Reiki works on all levels, so even though there may not be a physical sensation, the energy is working on a deep emotional or spiritual level. It is also possible you could experience the effects of Reiki hours, days or weeks after a session.

Distant and In-Person

Reiki energy connects on our spiritual and energetic level. Distance healing is effective without the need for physical presence. The energy transmissions in a distance session are just as strong as if they were delivered in person because it is not limited by time or space. Healing energy can be sent anywhere in the world regardless of how far away a person is located.

Chakra Balance Session

Chakra means Wheel Of Energy. They are located from the base of the spine to the top of the head. The 7 main Chakras are invisible vortices, like tops of spinning energy that resonate to the different energy frequencies and then sense and distribute Life Force Energy (Prana/Chi) to the physical body. Chakras can become damaged or blocked. The health of our chakras can effect our physical, emotional, and spiritual development. Chakra balancing and clearing allows for the redistribution of energy and can be very beneficial for people of all ages.

About Me

Hi! I am Rachel, mom of four children and several furry animals. My spirituality has always been an important part of my life. I am a Reiki Master and received my first attunement certificate in 2006. I am dedicated to helping others grow and become the best version of themselves. I enjoy daily practices of spiritual awareness, self-compassion, mindfulness and presence. Some of my favorite things are energy work, meditation, healing crystals, tuning forks, sound healing, mantras and nature.
